	Bank of America Working in partnership with Trammell Crow Company, Fort Point PM provides a wide variety of project management services to support the integration of Bank of America and Fleet. The projects affect office facilities and former Fleet branches throughout Massachusetts and across New England, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
	Battery Ventures Coordination of services and activities required to seamlessly design, build, fit-out and relocate a leading venture capital firm to new office space at Reservoir Woods in Waltham, Massachusetts.

	First Marblehead Project and relocation management services for a student loan processing company located in Boston's Back Bay. This 55,000 sf expansion project and expedited 12 week schedule was driven by significant employee growth in preparation for peak student loan season.
	Flagship Venturess Overall project management for the relocation of Flagship Ventures, an emerging technology and life science venture capital firm. Fort Point PM successfully coordinated the 35,000 square foot headquarters design, construction, infrastructure, technology, audio visual and relocation services to satisfy an aggressive relocation schedule.
	Fleet/BankBoston Integration Overall management and oversight of New England Region project management and move coordination associated with Fleet/BankBoston Integration. Highlights include major office space and operations consolidations, resulting in the relocation of over 10,000 employees, Money Center operations, and infrastructure improvements.
	FleetBoston Financial - Executive FloorsOverall project management including the design and build out of the 50,000 sf, two-story consolidated executive suite. A connecting staircase, high-end materials and finishes, as well as integration of corporate artwork, presented additional coordination challenges.
	Oxford Bioscience Partners Project and relocation management services to oversee the design, construction and relocation process for a venture capital firm moving to 15,000 sf of Class A office space in Boston's Back Bay.
	Standard & Poors Phased consolidation of Boston offices into a newly constructed office space over a three month implementation. Fort Point PM provided overall project management to offset limited local resources, including relocation planning, execution and disposition of vacated space.
	Vestar Capital Partners Project management services including detailed coordination of the resources required to design and construct a new satellite office in Boston.
	Vitale, Caturano and Company Project and relocation management services for relocation of an accounting firm into a new 55,000 sf headquarters. Following the successful completion of this relocation project, Fort Point PM has provided ongoing services to evaluate real estate options and implement new facilities programs to support the firm's recent expansion and acquisitions.
