Key members of our Team include:

Stephen M. Fox, Partner Clients depend on Steve for his strategic real estate insight, honed over a 20-year career in corporate real estate and facilities. Prior to founding Fort Point PM, Steve served BankBoston as a facilities executive with a wide range of responsibilities throughout the United States and South America. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural Center. In addition to his involvement with many real estate organizations, he sits on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of the North Shore and serves as Vice Chairman of the Swampscott Building Committee.

Marc Margulies, Partner A leading Boston architect, Marc combines the perspective of a designer with corporate facilities expertise. Prior to founding his own architectural firm, Marc directed Fidelity Investments’ design and construction activities, giving him a unique appreciation of the challenges facing corporate real estate departments. As a Partner of Fort Point PM, he provides key leadership, insight and market knowledge to the group.

Christine M. Mosholder, Partner Known for her disciplined, thorough approach to leading project teams, Christine combines experience as a project manager, space planner and organizational process analyst. Prior to founding Fort Point PM, she coordinated planning and project management for BankBoston’s 1.5mm square foot downtown Boston real estate portfolio, as well as the phased renovation of the 450,000 square foot Banking Operations facility. She holds a degree in interior design from Cornell University and an MBA from Babson College.

Catherine St. Onge, Strategic Project Planner Cathy advises and supports clients on a variety of real estate and facilities management projects. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, she was a Real Estate Manager for Nortel Networks, where her portfolio encompassed 21 commercial office properties totaling 1.4 million square feet and supported 3,800 employees. Cathy holds a degree in interior design, as well as an MBA from Bentley College.

Jeff Wagner, Senior Project Manager A specialist in building operations and infrastructure, Jeff thrives on projects that offer complex challenges such as electrical and mechanical infrastructure upgrades, trading room expansions and relocations and interior tenant renovations in occupied space. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Jeff was a Project Manager serving Fidelity Investments. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and a certificate in Project Management from Boston University.

Jay Gentile, Project Manager With over 30 years experience, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge to each and every project, encompassing all aspects of owner’s representation and project management, architectural and interior design, corporate real estate, asset and portfolio management. As senior Facilities officer in Buenos Aires, he coordinated all real estate activity of a strategic and tactical nature in the Southern Cone (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay). Jay holds bachelors degrees in both fine arts and architecture from the Rhode Island School of design.

Michelle Blakemore, Project Manager Michelle provides detailed scheduling, planning, and coordination for client relocation and construction projects. Michelle draws on extensive knowledge of the furniture industry to coordinate the many tasks related to furniture selection, procurement, delivery and installation. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Michelle was a project manager with Peabody Office Furniture. She holds a degree in communications from the State University of New York.

Jill Mullaney, Project Manager Always looking for a new way to approach a project, Jill is known for being process oriented. Leveraging her years of contract furniture dealership experience with large corporate clients such as Gillette and One Beacon Insurance, Jill focuses on project details and constant client communication. Her professionalism and reliable judgment have made her a valuable member of project teams serving Houghton Mifflin and Bank of America. Jill holds a degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Kathe Thomas, Project Manager Focusing on the logistical challenges presented by employee relocations of any size, Kathe works side-by-side with Fort Point PM clients to plan and execute relocation projects. She also has extensive experience implementing electronic facilities management tools such as Centerstone’s eCenterOne. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Kathe oversaw all relocation projects for Digitas, the international marketing and public relations firm.

Tracey Mertel, Project Manager As a project manager, Tracey provides detailed scheduling, planning, and coordination support to keep our clients’ projects moving forward. Currently, Tracey is managing a variety of projects related to the merger of Fleet and the Bank of America in Massachusetts and throughout New England. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Tracey provided marketing, research, and management services for various companies. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mike Banville, Project Manager Mike Banville is a project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a unique perspective to Fort Point PM, with professional experience in both project construction and management. Recently, Mike directed a multi phase renovation of a Liberty Mutual operations facility affecting roughly 350 employees without interruption to daily production activities. Additionally, Mike supervised mission critical scientist and lab relocations for Genzyme as they occupied a state-of-the-art science center. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Mike managed relocations for Pro-Mutual and provided on-site construction support for Dependable Construction.
